This person works as coordinator of services to the Carrier’s Sales
Team. He is equipped with Bluetooth Enabled Phone, Data Cable and
Infrared ports to meet any customer requirements.
This team shall be highly trained on all the possible uses of the Mobile Data Services. The agents are supported by a backend on which the entire customer and call history is available to them.
We bring a complete team with all the Latest Tech gizmos, new phone
models, PDA’s, Laptops, Bluetooth, Infrared and cable solutions based
on MMS and GPRS along with a team for the Technology Road shows for
the product launch as well as the Product Trainings.
The Carrier’s staff & the Channel are trained on the various Mobile
Data Products.
Tests are conducted after the training and certification is given to the channel on the product selling.
